work

It's Good Friday, which means we have a four-day weekend. Since Easter falls on Sunday, we get Monday off as well. This morning the Dykshoorns (my roommate and her family/our landlord) have provided hours of entertainment. They've been clearing the the branches left on our lawn from when the trees fell down in November. I don't know why that's so entertaining, but there's something about watching people work with machines that's fascinating. I remember when we were kids, whenever there was construction happening on our street, we'd always run out and then spend hours just watching.

We're fairly sure that we'll be able to get the apartment we've applied for. The lady said that "there shouldn't be a problem."

I have to cook supper tonight. What should I make?
