I went home early today because working at school was deemed unsafe (by me.) Our gym floor is being redone right now, and they were putting some sort of toxic chemical on the floor today. I wasn't allowed to be in my classroom because the fumes wafted to the second floor of the school. The thing is, today was the first day that I've been able to get at my classroom because there have been exams in there until today. All my other sorting of papers and planning for next year is about as far as I think it's going to get until August. So really, there wasn't a lot I could do at school. So I went home (along with all the other teachers.) Just to be honest, I typed up a list of formative and summative assessments for all of my units in Humanities Nine. So I have gotten work done.
Tonight is gradiation. And then tomorrow night is the grad banquet, and then I will be officially finished!
I think it's time for a nap.
