our new best friend
We finally got one! And it's helping, we think. Here it is: the happy light.. It's a full spectrum light that simulates sunlight. We sit in front of it for half an hour in the morning, and it doesn't matter so much that it rains all the time, anymore! But I still can't wait for spring to come!

actually, i don't know anyone up here that has a sad light. odd.
