ah 2

My friend, Stephanie (also my future housemate), sent me pictures of the house I'll be living in next year with either three or four other girls. I'm pretty pumped. I think that the house looks cool and spooky-like, and I'm also excited to be living with my friends from high school. Never thought that would happen. Notice the phone in the kitchen. Here is her description of them: (starting from the end)
Image 10: the Sumas River which winds it's way around the house, as seen from our bridge
Image 9: the bridge our driveway goes over
Image 8: our "front lawn"
Images 6 and 7: two shots of the front of the house
Image 5: bedroom
Image 4: bathroom (there are also two other bathrooms)
Images 2 and 3: two shots of the dining room (also doubling as a sewing room and kitchen in the pictures). The fridge is going back into the kitchen, but it was temporarily here while we had the lino re-done in the kitchen.

that it is.
You are lucky. I only hope I can be so fortunate in my own house search. It is not likely, as there are not many places like that in Vancouver that a poor student can afford.
High school friends are a bonus, as is already having the place lined up for you!

pretty nice!
hey, do you have _mystery and manners_ by flannery o'connor? if so, can you bring it when we go camping this weekend? i have a copy, but it's buried in a box in the basement somewhere. i could get it out, but it would take some... work.

Sarah,
No, I don't think I have that book. I'll check if Scott does. Also, are you sure you don't have my copy of _The River Why?_ Wondering where it walked to . . . .

And every one else, yes it is beautiful and gorgeous. Just like the rest of BC. Everyone move to BC!
