I found out today that our school is sending my and another teacher to an assessment conference in Portland, Oregon in December. I'm pumped! The nice thing is, the school pays for everything.
That made me happy.
Fall has started here, and I love it. There's something that changes about the light and the air that I can't get enough of. Even though it's the season that leads to winter, fall is my favourite season.

I know you wanted to go to that conference so I'm really glad you get to go! I know what you mean about fall. Its my favourite time. The Virginia creeper on our fence is turning this beautiful red and you just have to look at it as much as you can because it lasts such a short time.
