ay caramba

Did anyone read Tintin comic books as a kid? Which character was it that always said "ay caramba"? Or am I thinking of the wrong comic books? I know that Tintin always said, "Great snakes" . . . .

Anyways, the ay caramba is about this. I gotta tell ya, we're not used to this snow. It's been going on and off since Saturday. It's quite pretty, though.

Alright. This was my break from marking provincial exams. I'm halfway. Yes!

Ask Ryan. He read tons of them - only English but he did look at the French versions......

is it the captain? what was his name again, captain haddock?

i saw the news about that avalanche in washington. that's kind of scary. i hope there are no avalanches in abbotsford. we don't get them in south dakota. :)

i just checked good old wiki and it said it was general alcazar.... i confess i didn't even remember that character. but he was supposed to be some dictator that tintin was friends with. it also showed a picture of his wife, peggy with her red hair in curlers, who nags him all the time. then it all came back to me...

Oh yeah, I remember General Alcazar. I seem to remember something about a tour bus . . . .

Nope, no avalanches here. Our mountains aren't really high enough to have that much snow cover.
